PH simply needs a good cleaning. Everything looks like it has been wiped off with a dry towel & never any cleaning solution & water.

The room had no refrigerator, no slippers, no drinking water. No facilities for tea or coffee. There was no cleaning done the first two days.

Staff was not helpful
I did a early check-in at around 1pm, 4 out of my 5 rooms were ready. Well, we happy to take our 4 rooms while staff asked us to go back later. However, when I go back at around 4 and asked the staff at check-in to help us, he unfriendly told me that I was supposed to get into the line with more than 20 people to check-in for my last room. His attitude was so bad. This hotel is old, while I don't think it worth the money that I paid.
