The beds were very comfortable and the staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. We had room service for breakfast and was amazed at the quality and quantity (then don't skimp!). We had the salmon with bagels and Couquiles (eggs with tortillas). Both were excellent. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Close to Lake Meade (we rented a boat from Caville Bay) for the day. Also, the Italian restaurant over in the village was authentic Italian and absolutely amazing.

Business travelers United Kingdom, January 12, 2013	Great Hotel away from the noise of Las Vegas Large comfortable room, high spec hotel - was Ritz-Carlton 9.7 everything worked properly - wifi was strong and fast, and heating/air conditioning system was very quiet indeed. room is a very good size and comfortable, plus bathroom has separate shower and toilet. location is about 20 minutes drive from the strip, and even during peak hours going to/from ces i did not hit any traffic jams. there is an additional $22 per day "facility charge" which includes wifi, yet on the agoda homepage it says "complimentary lan internet" - so be careful of this (all the las vegas hotels add this - but feels like a catch). i mentioned this to the hotel manager during check out and was credited in full for the facilities charges. i will stay at ravella again for sure. Shopping Tip: Las Vegas Premium Outlets North is the best one.
