We decided to upgrade our room to the presidential suite so as you can imagine the room was amazing! The problem is this hotel has the worst customer service ever! I called the front desk numerous times and they never picked up. They had me on hold for like 20 mins each time. I finally walked downstairs and was told that their policy is to not pick there phone up as long as someome is in front of them. Well seeing as how the desk stays busy the entire day they basically don't answer there phones. I work at a hotel and that is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard how can you assist people if you don't ever answer your phones. Then when you go downstairs they want you to stand in a hour long line for help. Neddless to say I won't be back agin.
