An enjoyable and comfortable stay at this massive structure containing over 2500 rooms has people coming back again and again.

Although not located on the strip, the hotel will provide free transfers to and from the strip for any customers. However, there is a full-service casino located in-house where visitors can try their luck in slots, table games, and even off-track betting. There are a full range of entertainment venues from music to sporting events taking place year-round including off-Broadway hits. As is typical in Vegas, there are a wide range of restaurants to suit nearly any palate, all contained on the premises.

Beautiful room, friendly staff.

No coffee in the room, didn't know how to give good directions, bad advice about rental cars.

Beautiful hotel. No coffee in the room - a real negative for a person who's up early and needs coffee asap! Food was good, albeit very expensive for 'Vegas. Front desk was very friendly, but didn't seem to know nearby landmarks, could not help us find the way to get where we needed to go. Rental car desk opened early with 0 cars and closed early, no way to reserve a car for the next morning. Concierge did not communicate with rental car desk and caused a delay the next morning to the business meeting at 8am.

Fabulous room, we received an upgrade after an error with our room was made, the people were gracious and helpful.

We had a great experience, after a slight problem with our reservation the hotel manager provided us with a beautiful suite, we loved the room so much we stayed up all night, went down stairs to gamble, had a meal and overall loved our time at the RIO and have told all our friends what a class operation this is.

Nightlife Tip : good music and good food, gambling was excellent.
