Fabulous room, we received an upgrade after an error with our room was made, the people were gracious and helpful.
We had a great experience, after a slight problem with our reservation the hotel manager provided us with a beautiful suite, we loved the room so much we stayed up all night, went down stairs to gamble, had a meal and overall loved our time at the RIO and have told all our friends what a class operation this is.
Nightlife Tip : good music and good food, gambling was excellent.
