Great Bargin

This place was better than I had hoped. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic as well as inexpensive. The down side was that it could get noisy during the day (people hanging out outside). There was plenty of security however so it was quite at night. Overall it was worth the price and I was very impressed with the customer service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just a short drive away from the strip.

There are definitely better hotels out there
Cheap and close to EDC Las Vegas at the Speedway

I had to constantly remind myself that I decided to go with value over comfort. The only reason I booked this hotel is because it's one of the closest hotels on the Agoda network to the Speedway where EDC Las Vegas is held every year. The Strip is a good 20 mins away from the Speedway without traffic and with 300k people attending EDC weekend, it can get ridiculous getting back to the Strip so therefore I opted for this hotel.
I've traveled the world and seen a lot already so I can tolerate this hotel. For those Westerners who haven't, this hotel might be shocking.
But again, if you want value for EDC LV, this is the place to be.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to EDC for the value oriented persons.
