Budget hotel with kitchen

Far away from the strip, have to take 2 buses. Pros - has a kitchen so you can fix yourself sandwich or breakfast. Has laundry.
Cons - sometimes you can see police cars outside.

Nice quiet all suites hotel not far from airport and on the edge of Henderson. Right on Boulder Highway they have new long express bus going downtown. Can walk to Taco Bell & other fast food & Walgreens is kitty-katty corner from hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of fast food nearby Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Popeyes, Subway.

Nice front office staff. Nice large room which does not charge for incidentals. Not near strip but on Boulder Highway.

Walgreens nearby, Walmart a short bus ride away.

1. i had read the other reviews regarding the front staff and they are all wrong. they were more than helpful and totally professional.
we had needed more towels and all it took was us going to the front office and we were given more than we could ever use in 1 min. (the reason that some complained about waiting for towels is - and they could see this for themselves - is this is a huge complex of many buildings and to have someone leaving the front desk for each call, then they would be complaining about no one at the front desk. come on people, how hard is it to go to the front and get something?
2. i was not pleased that there was not one item in the kitchen (no i did not intend on cooking etc, but to have a spoon and a cup for coffee in a condo setting?)
3. the pool was not really crystal clear. knowing a bit about pools, it needs a shock treatments and better upkeep!
4. only time that we did see some unsavory people was at the 7/11 outside of the grounds.
5. yes the condo is farther from the strip however, no one would consider staying here without a car. then its 6 miles to the strip and all hotels have free parking so stay on the strip and pay 5 times the price for a room.
6. one thing i will agree on, the beds are hard as rocks. it does appear that they have put one box spring on top of another an its not really a mattress.
(sorry but i would not recommend this place as it really is more like a 1.5 star at best.
Restaurant Tip:
Sam's Hotel has a great buffet just North of the complex.

The room is a suite with two separate rooms, a tv in both rooms and a kitchen (though no plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils and/or pans etc.).
Hotel Feature Tip:
No wifi, you need a cable (provided when you get your keys at the reservation desk)) to get internet.

Bedbug nightmare!

The first week of our dream holiday in the US was completely ruined by the fact that we had inherited over 100 bedbug bites from this hotel. Therefore, our overall impression is slightly marred.... Also, on checking in, the receptionist tried to charge us again for the room even though we insisted it was a pre-paid Agoda booking and had given her the printout. Eventually a colleague put her straight, but we got no apology from anyone. We are returning to Vegas in October, but we will not be staying here!!
Restaurant Tip:
There is a great breakfast place opposite called Omelette House and you get 20% off for staying in the hotel.
