The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to The Strip which is 2 miles away. The shuttle runs every half hour from morning until late. The shuttle schedule is subject to change without notice.
Effective Tuesday, 1 November 2011, a mandatory $10 per room per night fee will be charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. The fee includes:

Please note that the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the Las Vegas strip, with daily stops at the Mirage and New York New York hotels, and weekend stops at the Town Square shopping center. Please stop by the resort’s front desk for an updated departure and pick-up schedule.
All children under the age of 6 or under 60 lbs, must ride the shuttle in the appropriate car seat. All shuttles provide two toddler seats, which are available on a first come first served basis. Children will not be allowed to board the shuttle if appropriate seating is not available. Child carriers are permitted on the shuttle as long as there is reasonable space available and can be appropriately fasten with a seat belt. Shuttle personnel cannot store / hold carriers or any other personal belongings. Not all shuttles are ADA compatible and only accommodate one wheelchair at a time, based on a first come first served basis.

Great stay at Tahiti Village

Tahiti Village is located off the Strip. They do have shuttles to a nearby store. No gambling. Great pool. Great for families with children. Room and grounds were very clean. Staff was friendly. Only issue which is small, is that you have to call housekeeping for towel exchange, trash removal, etc. They do not automatically come. I was not aware of this, but again not a big problem. Car definitely recommended if you stay at this resort. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Tahiti Village was quite pleasant.
No gambling/slots, no smoking inside common areas, the pool with sandy area and lazy river

We were pleasantly surprised, the room was big, clean, and had 2 flat screen TV's. the kitchenette had the essentials, including a toaster and coffee maker. There was Wi-fi available for free, the lobby had no slots/gambling which was great, and no smoke smell! It's only 10 min drive to the strip, or you can take the shuttle which departs every 30min. Lastly, the pool- i love the sandy beach area. My 3yr old daughter had so much fun building sand castles. The lazy river was also great with all the water falls/water features along the river path. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay here again.
