It's the details that they forgot...
Exactly 55 minutes after we got in the long checking line we finally were attended to. This is easily the longest wait ever checking in to a hotel. Room was nice but where are the towel racks or hooks. Want some hot water? The standard coffee pot is going to cost you. Want someone to give instructions to the strip? The staff will be sure to make you feel like an idiot for asking (after you stand in line for 10 minutes). Terrible? No. But certainly leaving much to be desired.

The hotel itself was nice, but they now make trying to sign you up for a timeshare as part of the check in and it was annoying. Then everything we passed an employee they asked if we got our "free gift". It was easy to shake them off but still annoying to have someone ask you that 4 times a day. Also there was a bra on the back of the bathroom door that had been left by a previous guest and the woman that showed us the room said that house keeping was going to come up to replace a burnt out light bulb but never did.
