great location;inadequate hotel staffing

great fireplace to offer warmth to its guests but the warmth stops there. front desk staff was not very accomodating, no one answered room service. restaurant service was slow and mediocre. i wish i could say the same about the price of the food items.
will not rush to go back anytime!!

I needed to get away and the drive was only an hour away from Vegas. Others quiet and calm. Relaxing. If your looking to stay secluded in your room this isn't the place because they don't offer room service.
