Our stay started off real nice. The room was nicely remodeled and clean. As my husband and I left for a great time on the strip. Upon our return to our room at midnight with expectations of a beautiful romantic moment I was hoping to share with my hubby. We get to our room and the door would not open. Staff could not open, and put us in a room that was being remodeled. It was crappy. Staff had to break window to return our belongings to us at 2:30 in the morning. This caused us to argue. I would a free stay or refund

There was not hot water. We booked a non smoking room and was placed in a smoking room. The room was sprayed with a citrus spray and it was not helping at all.I will definitely not stay in this hotel or recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed our stay. Only one minor issue. After checking in, we left our room to mingle but when we got back we were unable to get back into our room. The maintenance guy tried to help us too, it was not until an hour later that we were able to get in. So we took our stuff & got another room. Later on in the evening while sitting down outside the lobby, I saw that they had rented room out to someone else which I watched trying to get in the same #106 room, lucky for him his girlfriend was in the room so she opened the door for him.
