The in-house Mariposes Restaurant has been named �best restaurant at LAX� for four years in a row and is definitely worth dining in at least one time. A fair price and a great location close to the airport with reasonable parking rates; Hacienda at Lax Hotel is a great choice for the airport area.

Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and great service.

A few staff members were rude Parking was slightly inconvenient and confusing.

I stayed at the Hacienda Hotel for two nights starting on a Sunday evening and leaving on a Tuesday. When I arrived Sunday evening, I pulled up to the hotel breezeway where there was no place to park, so I went to a parking area behind the hotel, which stated that guests needed to check in first and then park. I circled the hotel area and pulled up in the breezeway area which stated parking was only for 15 minutes. When I arrived inside the hotel, I was greeted and provided with a map of the hotel area. Then I was explained the parking situation, which included using the hotel key to enter the parking structure located in two areas around the hotel. Parking provided many spaces to park with fairly good lighting, however, the parking lots were not close to the hotel. In regards to the hotel and my room, the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. My room was clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed my two nights stay, however, there was an occasion where the elevators malfunctioned and guests had to wait quite awhile. In addition, the elevators were very slow and there was often a long wait to use them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Near the Lax and not expensive

Bedspring is bad. Elevator is only old one. Parking is far.

Business hours of shopping center across road is from early morning to late hours. It is very useful. Parking entrance is a far from hotel lobby. If guidance of direction to parking lot is noticed at hotel entrance, it would be appreciated. Room key is needed for parking before the check-in. It also should be noticed at hotel entrance.

Close to airport, free shuttle service to & from Hotel. Great restaurant.

We will definitely stay again. Very helpful staff. Clean room.

Shopping Tip : About one mile from El Segundo Plaza. Easily walked in twenty minutes.
