The staff makes this hotel

The hotel staff are absolutely lovely. They are always smiling and willing to help. We had breakfast and the lady that runs it never stopped moving as she was constantly asking guests if they needed anything and refilling food and drinks. The place where we have breakfast is quite small but the variety is just right. I went to breakfast one morning whilst my husband and 2 kids slept in and she recognised me without them, she said that I could take some food back to the room to them so they dont miss out and she handed me a tray. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. There's a Ralph's just across the road. Valet parking is great at $15 per 24hours (other hotels we've stayed at charged $45). Highly recommended!

we liked our stay. quiet location esp during night time when we need to have a good rest from all the walking. clean sheets and clean room esp the bathroom.
the front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. although the lady in the breakfast area was not as friendly. no eye contact, no smiles. she looked hispanic and she spoke to hispanic guests but to the others, we thought she should have been communicating. but it was a minor issue for us.
the bath room supplies were sparse however. for the three of us, they should have placed extra supply although if we asked, i believe they would have given some more. also, no toothbrush and toothpaste which we think should be basic.
hotel is highly recommended.
