It is just two blocks from Metro Station, very convenient location. House-keeping has done a good job, I saw her cleaning every concern of the room's door. It would be even better if it can provide a safes.

ONE STAFF MEMBER LET THE HOTEL DOWN

The staff member who checked us in (Michael) was very friendly and helpful but another staff member Gisel was very unhelpful and not very friendly on more than one occassion during our stay.We asked her to call us a taxi to go to Longbreach and she obliged by calling a car company without our knowledge and us being charged $45 more then what the taxi fare would have been.Another staff member advised us that we could have a late check out at 3pm due to our 10.10pm flight. On the day, Gisel told us that we could not have the late check out because hotel policy was , 11am check out and that was it.

Well placed close to metro, four sops to city, four stops to Universal studios.
Comfortable room and staff member Michael was very helpful and friendly.
