We had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the pool and real coffee. The airport shuttle was prompt going both ways and all staff were helpful, efficient and courtious. We took breakfast which was not included in the prepaid amount. We had the continental option for $16.95 plus tax and it was sumptuous. Overall an excellent experience.

The trolley was not very reliable. Need to leave plenty of time to get back to hotel if catchinga flight.

I think it is terrible that guests have to pay for parking and it is also terrible that there is no one to help with the luggage at the parking lot.

False start to a good experience Guest Rating: 4.0

We had a false start at check-in. Had a printed Agoda reservation confirmation for a double bed room. We were told the only rooms available were rooms with one king-size bed. It required escalation to the manager to get a "not available" twin bedroom.

• Restaurant Tip : Breakfast buffet is good value for money too.
