Great service and facilities. very professional in terms of personnel and everything you'd expect from a well run establishment Only that the rooms need a little uplift, seem very tired From the moment of arrival, ALL of the staff went out of their way to make sure you had a comfortable stay, helped with local attractions and generally took great care of you, with great food also

location; good for 'transit' passengers location; nothing else to do apart from vegetating here This hotel has a huge banner claiming that it's trying to be the best hotel in LA. OMG. The room is small. The restaurant which is so 'critically acclaimed' is closed (though the bar which serves the same food is open; the food is quite good, though). There is no downtown shuttle. There is no HBO. The airport shuttle was 10-15 minutes late, and a whole bunch of people were panicking. When a pilot approached the concierge to check out, the concierge seemed clueless and helpless.

Plus Points: - Perfect care room - buffet breakfasts disadvantages: - no minibar (or fridge) - Paying Internet - located less from there to LA to explore Perfect hotel if you like LA and quickly enters or leaves a hotel near the airport looking for. The room was well kept and the staff stood ready to help. The disadvantage was that there was no minibar and internet charge was. In-house steakhouse recommended, but book in advance. Ontbijtuffet very extensive, but not cheap.
