The South Beach Hotel is a cozy two-story property with minimal furnishings and basic rooms in a prime location in the Art Deco district. The hotel is in a great spot, just one block from the beach and close to such famous landmarks as Lincoln Avenue Mall, the Bass Museum of Art and Orange Bowl Stadium. The hotel is low on extravagant amenities, but high on value and location, with a clean, simple property providing the perfect place to retire after a long day of exploring. Guests who don’t make it as far as the beach can relax in the hotel’s pool while corporate travelers have a business center at their disposal.

Location although in South Beach is a little isolated from the action and restaurants
The Hotel is a fantastic art deco building in excellent condition. The rooms are clean and modern with minimalist design. The rooms are spacious and have everything yuo need. Free wi-fi available in room. Bathrooms are well appointed. Staff are efficient and friendly. There is a small cafe that sells limited breakfast items - but they are reasonably priced and sufficient. The downside is the location is at least a 10 to 15 minute walk to Lincoln Rd Mall or the action of South Beach and there are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area.
