The hotel’s Sixteen Fifty Restaurant serves meals morning, noon and night in indoor and outdoor settings while the Falabella Bar & Lounge is a favorite hangout with local hipsters. There’s lots to do in the hotel, including using the swimming pool and fitness center, and the on-site concierge desk knows all the best places to visit in South Beach.

The location of this hotel is the only thing going for it, it's close to the beach, shops on Lincoln, Ocean Drive and some nice restaurants but other than that the hotel could do with a serious revamp. The pictures of the hotel on the website are deceiving, the rooms need redecorating, the bathroom was tiny and we were given a room at the front by the main road which was noisy. To be honest for £150 a night and a £20 daily car parking charge I expected more than this but as I have not stayed anywhere else in Miami, I don't have anything to compare it to and maybe the price is simply that because of the location? I've gotta say though I probably wouldn't stay here again and I would at least try somewhere else. Even the reception staff were unfriendly and never smiled. Then only nice members of staff were the valet parking attendants and porters! The pool was ok but nothing special but as the beach is so close, this wasn't a major issue for us. If location is all you care about, then this hotel is perfect but if you expect a few creature comforts and good service from your hotel, don't stay here.

I love this place, perfect location for beach, shopping etc without the mayhem of southbeach. BUt and its a big But, the bar was closed during my stay, none of the staff mentioned it, i wasnt given a key to my mini bar, the breakfast bar/cafe meant to be open till 7 closed at 5, several staff just shrugged, for me that is almost a deal breaker, i almost moved hotel but couldnt be bothered.. i want to relax in my hotel not go back out after a long day and find a bar where i may wait to be seated and served etc.. very annoying.

From the airport exit, take NW 21st St and veer right onto SR-112 (Airport Expy). Continue east on SR-112 and then on I-195. Proceed onto Arthur Godfrey Rd and turn right onto Indian Creek Dr. Bear right onto Collins Ave and continue for 11 blocks. Turn right onto Lincoln Rd and then take another right onto James Ave, the hotel is on the left side of the street.
