Not bad location in downtown Miami Not very clean. Bad service The hotel is not very clean. You have some room with nice view, but even them are suffocated. The same goes to the elevator. The location of the hotel is pretty good, for whom who needs to stay in downtown Miami and not paying for it big bucks. In addition, the breakfast (which costs extra money and is available only during the weekend) is also bad. I think the picture is abvious...

We stayed in the hotel about three weeks overall, with a break of two days in the middle. Nevertheless, when we came back they put us in an inferior room with no view whatsoever (the room had one small window high above, which could not be opened). In addition to that, the air condition did not work for a day or so, so the room was practicaly without any air!

The hotel as good location in down town. The hotel has a good location in the down town area in biscayne blvd. The rooms are very simple and small but some of them have good view. not all of them have safe deposit.There is a wireless internet in the loby which is a big plus. The service is nice, but nothing special.

loved the view....location was awesome! Needs a bigger bathroom; just too small. Also it needs NEW bedding, extremely worned out. I was very satisfied with the personnel, they were courteous and helpful. The location was awesome and very convenient to shopping, party and entertainment. I loved the view and I enjoyed just looking thru the window. The room itself was pretty nice "for the price" and I recommend getting NEW bedding since it was really worned out. The bathroom would have been better if bigger..not enough space to walk around. A coffee maker would have been nice. Overall a good bargain for the price and there was HOT water!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very convenient to entertainment, shopping and nightlife. View was great!!

I was not pleased with the hotel at all. The place needs complete renovation. It smells of toilet even in the lobby area. The reception area needs much improvement. It was not good at all. My clients all wanted to go to a different location. Geographically speaking, it is located in a nice area -- with the ocean and shopping across the street. Would not recommend it.
