Good location and price

My stay was very short but pleasant. It started at MIA airport. Shuttle was there in 10 mins when I was at the waiting area. Check in was smooth and the room was as booked and expected. Big bed and very clean. TV has wide variety of channels both English as Spanish.Hotel is quite old but well maintained. Breakfast was good but not included or cheap. special eggs are extra charged. all by all good location and would stay there again for a quick stip over to connect out of MIA.

hotel is undergoing a remodeling which is ver smart and well designed. service personnel were pleasant, even the friendly shuttle driver. by the way free shuttle service to and from the airport. we came in late evening, so closeness to airport was important.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good buffet breakfast in the cafe each morning. Free wifi in the room was a plus.

we chose this hotel because of an arrival at nearly midnight and that it would not take long to get to our accommodations. checked baggage was slow in arriving, but shuttle service worked as promised. we would definitely use this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a great tapas place a short cab ride away. Name is: Dixon. Be sure to try it. Also the cafe at hotel has a good buffet breakfast.

Just what you need to be near the airport

i returned to this hotel because i had good impression from my previous stay and because i needed a place near the airport for my flight early on the following day. and it has not disappointed me. the hotel is clean, furnished with nice toiletries and amenities, free and well functioning wi-fi, as well as international cable tv programs. i did not have to go out from the hotel because i could just rest and relax with all that were provided by the hotel.
the staff in general were friendly and helpful. even though on the morning i checked out one lady that attended the desk could have been friendlier. she practically did not look at you or addressed you. i took it as an isolated case of someone who was having a bad day.

Convenient and all-round great hotel

stayed for a night in transit between international flights and had a great experience. the airport shuttle is every 20mins (though you need to be on the ball and keep and eye out to flag it down outside the terminal buildings at MIA).
hotel reception staff were very efficient and friendly, check-in only took less than 5minutes, lift operated by keycard which felt safe. room was a very decent size (2double beds) and had the most comfortable bedding i've experienced for a while, so slept really well and the room was pretty quiet (facing a carpark). Think if you were a light sleeper or jetlagged you might hear the odd aircraft taking off, but you are near an airport....
amenities in the room were very decent, and the room was also very clean. bathroom was huge and once again equipped with everything you'd need: toiletries, enough towels, hairdryer etc.
we didn't eat dinner or use room service, but the breakfast was exceptional. having the continental breakfast was more than enough - a wide selection of fresh fruits, yoghurt, juices, bread products. the coffee unfortunately wasn't great at all but the service and friendly staff slightly made up for it - there's enough well-known branded outlets back at the airport for decent coffee :)
the hotel was being renovated at the time of the stay, but there were signs everywhere and staff ready to explain and assist if any problems arose.
was impressed with check-out too, again friendly reception staff really helped this speedy service, and the airport shuttle was very punctual (on the hour then every 20mins). no complaints at all really!
great for a quick kip at a reasonable price. would stay here again if I was transiting thru MIA.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Maybe take some coffee sachets from a well-known branded coffee make and just get some hot water at breakfast if you're a 'need-my-coffee-in-the-morning' kinda person, and definitely be ready at the airport to get the attention of the hotel-labelled shuttle bus.

I arrived miami at 2am in the morning after a long flight. Luckily the hotel provide shuttle service from airport to hotel. The room was good enough for me to have a few hours sleep and head back to airport for another doemestic flight.
The room has all the basic amenities and very clean and quite.It was a nice stay
