Det er lidt svært at begå sig på Spansk med fingersprog.... Gratis parkering var eneste højdepunkt.der var kun 2 elevatore hvor den ene ikke stoppede på alle etager. Hvis man ikke ville vente alt for længe på elevatoren var det bedst at gå ned af trappen.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Det er et meget fugtigt hotel. Folk med astma bør holde sig fra dette hotel.

me and my boyfriend, we are locals, stayed there for just a day. building is old but rooms are ok. service was pretty much as usual - check-in/check out with no problems. soft bed, small kitchen in the efficiency, direct beach access. the actual beach is bad and dirty, full of drunk people with crazy kids..if you go there and plan to spend most of the time at the beach - won't be a good choice. however, if you look for something cheap (specially if on sale) then go with this place. good for one night stay..
Nightlife Tip:
Had some difficulties driving around SOBE. Traffic is bad , otherwise the place is conveniently located right on Ocean Drive.

The "Hotel" is a very old and only slightly renovated condo. They call it Design suites and you expect a kind of a boutique hotel where there has been a designer do the interior and what you get is a baroque style entrance with old elevators to get in a flower carpet floor and cheap lamps. When you get in the room, they just renovated the bed linens to look more attractive (as it was shown at the pics in the website). The windows were rotten, the bathroom wit old faucets and old style and the laminate of the wooden furniture at the bathroom had peeled off. Furthermore the room is full of mirrors in the very best cheap 70's interior design style.
Besides this, they say you can cancel your reservation 3 days before your check.in, but when you try to cancel at a due time, you are not allowed to. They charge you the full amount on your credit card when you do the booking. And is by far overpriced. I paid for a 5 star hotel and I got a creep room in a condo.
You don't do check-in or out at a reception desk, but at security of the building,.. weird but true.

C'est une residence appart avec des gens de toutes nationalites miami etant tres etendu , il es toujours mieux de louer une voiture sur place ...
L'ascenceur est souvent long a arriver , etant fumeur c'etait un peu embetant de toujours avoir a descendre pres de la piscine pour s'en griller une ...
le complexe residentiel comprend tout pour votre sejour : petit shop , tourist tour organisation etc etc

La camera grande affacciata sull'oceano.
In negativo Wi fi non funzionante nonostante gli sforzi del tecnico dell'albergo, Camera molto rumorosa per la vicinanza degli ascensori, pulizie molto superficiali e fatte in tardo pomeriggio.
La piscina priva delle doccie.
Lontano dal centro.

一般のホテルのサービスを期待する方には、物足りないはずです。ホテルフロントが完備されていませんので、チェックインなど何処でするのかわからないと思います。（地下デザイン・スイーツの事務所があります）噂の通りエレベーターは来ないし、ボロボロ。居住者も居るらしく、廊下が犬臭い。同行者も他の部屋に泊まりましたが、同じ料金で設備にかなりの差があります。当たり外れあり。その他、環境もよくゆっくりするには良いと思います。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
基本的に車がないと、困るかも、ホテルの周辺はRestaurantなどあまりありません。
