Great location, good reception, free coffee in the morning, spacious and comfortable, good bed, bathroom with good shower. Restaurant Clevelander (HTL) very good. Exceptional attention.
Lack heladerita in the room. The prepayment of the entire stay. Carpet in room for those who are allergic.
The hotel charged to the card of my stay 9 days before arrival to Miami, and by the due date to pay before I know if I liked the hotel. That is not advised on page Agoda or policies of the hotel, however when I made the claim, they told me they usually do so depending on the agency, season or origin of a card in return they gave us $ 25 of profit U we use at lunch at a restaurant. Everything else is for Pros. Again and would recommend it though for pointing out the cons c / u is taken.
