Nice rooms, Great location if you need to be downtown or near the Port of Miami
Not much in the area, food at hotel is expensive, Expensive Parking
This hotel was recently purchased by Hilton from the Raddison. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms are nice and the staff was helpful. The hotel attracts a large cruise business as it is close to the Port of Miami, this makes Saturday and Sundays very busy. The hotel is also located close to the American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat) and other concert halls. There are a few restaurants in the area, mostly in other hotels. This makes dining options limited and expensive.

A lot of construction in the reception area.
The hotel was very good, with very clean rooms and very comfortable. The breakfast was not included in the rate offered by agoda. Agoda must indicated the option of rates with and without breakfast. The hotel was under construction at the lobby (ground level) and this caused trouble to go inside the hotel. Another thing is paid internet for guests, I think that in the room the hotel must offer free internet, or include in the rate.

Kind, friendly, professional and knowledgable staff from check in to check out. Clean, quiet and stylish.
Street sidewalk closed due to construction.
From the moment that I steped out of the airport shuttle bus at the start of my vacation until I check out two days later to start my cruise, I was treated like royalty!!! Excellent room service, beautiful rooms, lobby, bar, dining and pool areas. Granite counter tops in the bathroom. Rooms with a view!! The window expanded from the floor to the ceiling and took up the entire wall, how awesome is that? I highly recomend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy to travel ot the hot tourist spots and cruiselines using taxi $$$$, shuttle buses $$$, city buses $, and/or free elevated Tram service.

the bed and pillow are so nice
the airconditioner works a little bit noisy
The hotel is close to the beach. Restaurants can be find all round but it is recommended to rent a car. There is no large mall nearby.
Service is good. Room is big enough for double stay(standard twin room). The bed is so nice. It is soft but enough waist supporting.
The airconditioner system works a bit noisy when starts.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : free sky rail way next to the hotel directly going to the bayside.
10mins walking to the AA arena(Miami Heat's home)

Close proximity to the Miami Port, good ocean view from room window
This Hilton had nice recently renovated rooms and good views of the city and/or the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us directions to the free downdown trolly, so we were able to enjoy a night out in Miami. The downside was the ground-level construction at the Hilton, and construction nearby, but it wasn't a problem until later morning hours. We were glad to find a cab ride to the Port of Miami was only between ten and twelve dollars.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Free metro-downtown trolly stop about 1 block away.
