This is a super modern hotel, from the brightly lit retro exterior to the exciting interior, with full-amenities, excellent beachfront location, and brilliant hospitality. Whether you're hanging out beachside and taking in the pristine views or jumping on the boardwalk and making your way down to the vibrant and bustling Art and Deco District with plenty of shops and things to do, you couldn't be better located. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool area, and bring the kids, because there's plenty to do for the whole family. Enjoy a poolside cocktail or head to the Paradise Cafe for a great seafood and island dining experience. Non-smoking, friendly and amiable, and host to immaculate rooms and sitting areas, from the bars to the rooms, this seductive hotel is as exciting as it is luxurious.

location, breakfast, poolside, beachside I stayed in this hotel during the Miami Art Basel fair. For location it is perfect; away from the crowd, near bus stops and with view on the beach. The poolside was very relaxed and the pool clean. Lovely hammocks around the pool for a chill start of the day. A good renovation to update the outdated grandma style and you have a nice place to stay.
Restaurant Tip : go have dinner in one of the restaurants of Fontaineblue! close to the hotel.

Price attractive. Good location opposite the sea Good breakfast. Valet parking-valet practice. Near-Miami Beach and the airport. Uneven service (laundry service too long, sometimes unfriendly reception counter, ...). Credit can not be used in breakfast room service. The comfort room is correct. The hotel is not new, but clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool, construction of the hall is neat. The hotel is well located (across from the beach, close enough to Miami-Beach, the airport). The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good quality. But the reception was uneven, some people at the counter are not kind, which is shocking in the United States. Others, cons, are exceptionally helpful. Benefits are often disappointing: the breakfast voucher purchased at the same time that the room can not be used in room-service and does not entitle to a credit of USD 20 per room. For the buffet for 2 people, it takes months to 32USD. The laundry service is too long, you have to wait long at the counter to retrieve your belongings. Finally, the district is not animated. No restaurant, bar, or small shops nearby. Travel by car or taxi required. The valet service is very convenient but a little expensive ($ 25 per day). Finally, there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which is not nice.
