Better than imagined!

Although the lobby and entrance is small and simple,but the location is perfect，room is very spacy.
I would choose again if I visit Miami again.

really good location, close to the beach, walking distance to everything you might need, but prices are high in this neighborhood and standard average at this hotel (especially bathroom).

located in the middle of the art deco district this friendly hotel offers direct access to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars.
the complimentary breakfast is not much, but still ok.
since the hotel is located in the same building as a restaurant(italian) that offers live music every night between 7-11 pm, it can be a bit nosiy for those who wish to sleep early...
rooms are clean, pretty big, charming but perhaps it could need some renovation.
