Front desk personnel were just fantastic, I cannot say enough nice things about them. We had to wait about 45 minutes to check in post-cruise (this was at 9 am, posted check-in time was 1 pm) Everyone apologized profusely for making us wait to check in 3 hours before posted check-in time, then sent a bottle of water and package of cookies up to the room after we were checked in as a thank you for our patience.
- Restaurant Tip : Excellent Cuban Restaurant about 5 minutes from hotel. ($10 by taxi) La Rosa Restaurant,
