Excellant and convenient location of Hotel (inside airport terminal, very easy to find). No aircraft noise whatsoever. Great room, very comfortable and good view of airfield. Good food in restaurant also with good views across airfield. Prompt and polite service by staff who appreciate you are in a hurry but still require good service.
Bathroom very small and cramped.
Would definately recommend this hotel, the location is fantastic, right there in the Airport Terminal (departures). Not too expensive considering the location, great if you are tired after an 8-hour flight. Right in the midst of numerous restaurants and shops. The check-in/out was quickly executed by friendly staff. However, a major problem we occurred (not the fault of Agoda) upon leaving our Credit Card for incidentals (breakfast etc) on check-in, the Hotel also deducted the room rate which was previously paid in advance to Agoda, which means we were charged twice for the room. Did not pick up the problem until back home two weeks later checking Barclaycard account. However, Agoda have been very active in resolving the problem. Just watch out for that ! (again, must emphasise no blame to Agoda). The room allocated to us had a great feel: cool, shutters at the window, good views across the airfield but no noise whatsoever. Nice furniture (cool TV Centre) and a dressing area for your luggage so you are not constantly tripping over cases. Bathroom was very small and cramped. Apart from that, a great room. Breakfast in top floor restaurant (again overlooking the airfield) was good with prompt and excellent service. Would stay there again.
Travel tip : If you are collecting a Dollar hire car previously booked on-line, you do not need to wait in line at the Hire Car desks. You can go directly outside the terminal (follow signs)and board the complimentary bus which will take you out to the Hire Car Collection Point (approx 10 minutes bus ride).

Great location.
Good service.
Smallest room ever.
No wifi or wired internet.
No closet.
Clueless concierge.
I had an early flight and did not want to deal with rental car return, nor shuttle so the location was ideal. However, this is the smallest room I've ever been in (the bed is against the wall on one side and you have 1 foot left before you get to the armchair. Also, considering the price, I would have expected free wireless access since it is available inside the airport. Nonetheless, strictly for the location, I would return.

Location, location, location, recently renovated!
Great to spend the night when you arrive at 10.00 pm and leave at 9.00 am. If not, get away from it!
