Recently renovated bathroom 6.3 very friendly check in staff when we got there. small hotel with a very old elevator and no amenities but if you are looking for a cheap and decent room to crash it is a good deal. check out time was 11 which was a bit to early for my taste but you could have extended if you would have paid extra. proximity to the public beach but the more happening parts of sobe (e.g. lincoln road) are to far away to walk away but just a 10 usd cab away. you can easily get a cab in front of the hotel on the road all day (and night) long. Restaurant Tip: Subway restaurant in the lobby; proximity to the Liv nightclub at the Fontainebleau hotel

Quiet location away from South Beach tourist area approx 20 minutes walking distance. No restaurant in hotel a except for Subway oulet. No other restauarants or food outlets in the area distraction if arriving late. Clean and tidy room as expected for cost. Some airconditioning noise.
