very friendly check in staff when we got there. small hotel with a very old elevator and no amenities but if you are looking for a cheap and decent room to crash it is a good deal. check out time was 11 which was a bit to early for my taste but you could have extended if you would have paid extra. proximity to the public beach but the more happening parts of sobe (e.g. lincoln road) are to far away to walk away but just a 10 usd cab away. you can easily get a cab in front of the hotel on the road all day (and night) long.
Restaurant Tip:
Subway restaurant in the lobby; proximity to the Liv nightclub at the Fontainebleau hotel

Economical and no-nonsense but good hotel

If you need to stay in the mid-beach area of Miami Beach,this hotel is a very good for value option. Close to the beach and to the large resort/convention hotels of Miami Beach so for an out of pocket extension of a business trip to a convention in one of these, this hotel makes a lot of sense. Not recommended for a long stay or vacation as the immediate area has nothing to offer outside of the resort hotels.

this hotel is far away from either city center or famous beach of miami. the only good thing is the friendly staff.
Nightlife Tip:
If you are looking for nightlife, do not stay at this hotel since it's located far away from it.

Superb hotel right on beach
Near beach, Subway store proved handy

while it's mid-beach, that's a plus from the busy south-beach area. two minute walk to nice beach, subway store in lobby proved convenient, staff friendly, price is reasonable. definitely will return.

le cadre de l'hotel est charmant et dispose de toute les commodite , le prix tres abordable par rapport au hotel a proximite qui sont 3 a 4 fois plus cher , il y a egalement un restaurant italien delicieux a proximite . en outre le point faible est peu etre l'internet non inclus dans le prix de la chambre .
