As others have said, paper thin walls seem to be normal here. We could hear normal conversations from adjacent rooms. Loud parties kept us awake far later than we wanted. South Beach is not the place to be if you are an older traveller. If I was 20, maybe, but the whole vibe of the place is not for me.

the hotel itself in a good location but like most hotels in this price range it back in the sixties . stayed in five different hotels in the area so i can say i'd be a fair judge . big downfall with the dorchester is plumbing problems and maintenance staff entered the room even with a do not disturb sign was on the door . that's a no no in my book . if you come from europe or asia don't expect great value .
Restaurant Tip:
Go to espanola way in 14 st . A lot of fab restaurants and good atmosphere

Nice hotel with huge rooms

This is a very nice and cozy hotel with friendly staff and huge rooms (suites). The rooms exceeded my expectation.
The hotel feels quite old and is perfect for vacation but I wouldn't recommend it for business. Location is close enough to Ocean drive (10 min walk). I didn't try the food.

꺠끗하고 사우스 비치에서도 좋았지만
주차장이 작아서 돈을 내야한다는게 황당했네요
그래서 저희는 공공 주차장을 이용했어요.

Хороший отель но к сожалению требует ремонта. Проход на пляж через другой отель который находится через квартал. Есть небольшой бассейн, на территорию которого никогда к сожалению не попадает солнце. Wifi Предоставляемый отелем не работает. В последнее утро пребывания в отеле обнаружила таракана в коридоре.
