Good location but serious problems

I went to Miami for the weekend. The room itself was fine but the wi - fi did not work and it was a serious inconvenience. There ere also some very noisy parties on my floor which I would not mind that much but there was a fight in the corridor and security had to attend. I also had a problem with a member of staff at the pool who was impolite and had very poor English. For good measure the hotel was having construction work so was very noisy.

hotel splendide offrant une vue magnifique sur la plage de miami beach au 15eme étage depuis la piscine.
personnel souriant et attentioné. j'ai apprécié la grandeur de la chambre, son mobilier design ainsi que la très grande salle de bain séparant la douche et la baignoire.
3 grandes piscines tres bien entretenues. le point négatif sur cet hôtel le prix du parking privée a 30$ préférez le parking public se trouvant dans les rues adjacentes pour de la journée.
peu de restaurant a proximité, comptez 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre la rue commerçante.
autre point négatif selon moi, la fermeture trop tôt de la piscine (7h du soir!).
hôtel calme, qui offre la sensation d'être dans un endroit tres privée, je ne peux que le recommander !
Hotel Feature Tip:
Les transats et sièges autour de la piscine sont gratuits, en revanche, les "cabanas" (sorte de pergola fermé avec matelat) sont payants.
Accès direct a la plage depuis la piscine du bas.
Verres d'eau citronné gratuits à la piscine du 15eme étage.
A tester le smoothie maison fraises/myrtilles.

Hotelli on nuorelle aikuiselle suunnattu design hotelli. Aulassa iso akvaario jossa muiden kalojen seassa ui haikala. Huoneet ovat ilmavat ja siistit. Sänky erittäin mukava. Hotellissa on kaksi uima-allasta. Yksi kattoterassilla josta huikeat näkymät South Beachille. Perjantai ja lauantai iltaisin kova musiikki ja juhlivat ihmiset valtaavat alueen. DJ soittaa musiikkia. Myös julkisuuden henklöitä saattaa nähdä juhlijoiden joukossa. Toinen uima-allas sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa ja tämän äärellä voit myös nauttia aamiaisen. Palvelu on moitteetonta ja usea tarjoilija kierää aluetta jos haluat tilat juotavaa tai syötävää.

Olimme jo toistamiseen tässä upeassa design / hip hotellissa. Meitä miellyttää kauniit uima-altaat, hyvä palvelu ja ilmavat selkeät huoneet. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva STK ravintola on viikonloppuisin aina täynnä ja kannattaa varata pöytä ajoissa. Ravintolassa on DJ soittamassa hyvää musiikkia ja ravintola on erikoistunut pihveihin mutta kasvisvaihtoehto löytyi nopeasti kun kyselin sitä. Kattoterassin uima-allas bileet lauantai iltapäivästä iltaan asti aiheutti jonoa hissille...mutta pieni odotus oli sen arvoinen ! Tällaista menoa ei näe Suomessa :)

Tutustu iltaisin lähellä oleviin uihin hotelleihin kuten Delano, Shore Club, Setai...

Очень разочеровались гостиницей! Нас предупредили об этом только за несколько дней до прилета, когда менять гостиницу было уже поздно. Нас просто сообщили что "Ведуться строительные работы и гостиница откружена строительными лесами". По факту с 08 часов утра до 17:00 каждый день кроме выходных - шумные работы перфоратором!!! Без перерыва. Невозможно находиться у бассейна, даже на пляже был слышан
шум...Днем не возможно было спать ребенку после обеда...Это был кошмар...Потребовали компенсацию, сделали копеечную скидку.
Хаузкипинг несмотря на согласование времени уборки, убирали комнату когда было не удобно...Больше в данную гостиницу мы не приедем и никому не рекомендуем....

Riktigt fina rum städade, väldigt stora och hela hotellet var superlyxigt, personalen övertrevlig som alltid i USA. Rekommenderar starkt! Detta ända jag har att vara lite negativ på är att det inte ingick frukost trots pris och lyx hotell. Annars väldigt nära till stranden, om man hellre vill bada i pool fanns 2 st en på taket som rekommenderas starkt! Även Shopping bara några stenkast ifrån Lincoln road mall. Läget på south beach perfekt!!

Lincoln road mall eller Sawgrass mills mall (ett av världens största!)
