we chose this hotel because of it's proximity to our place of business. the hotels feels dated and smells of smoke. the heating of my room would not work as expected and cold omaha winds seeped through the windows. not a pleasant experience. worse, my bed sheets had stains on it, i don't want to speculate what caused that, just was disgusted. the breakfast was decent with the usual variety. i usually stay at hie across the usa but this one disappointed.

The room is small but adequate for my one night stay. The hotel has tiny fitness room and swimming pool, good for travelers that may persist exercise. it is not far to the running trail along the lake/river.
