The room had a view of the Mississippi River, staff was friendly and prompt. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The air conditioner needed adjustment to offset the weekend heat wave but after the staff adjusted it, everything was okay.
The hotel is located in the heart of all the action of the French Quater. Everything, everything is within a few blocks of the hotel. The price was fantastic and the hotel offered complimentary drinks everyday. Parking is directly across the street and the area is very safe. When we plan our next trip to New Orleans, we will return to this hotel for the price, easy access to all of the French Quarter and for the safe atmosphere surrounding the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Around the corner from the hotel is the best po-boy (sandwich) shop in New Orleans called Johnny's Po-Boys. The roast beef is the best New Orleans has to offer.
