A highlight among the city's fine-dining establishments, Dominique's specializes in regional cuisine (gumbos, gulf seafood). The menu changes regularly. The dining room has white tablecloths and high-backed chairs; some of its floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the palm-lined courtyard, where meals also can be served.

The Bistro features hardwood floors, mirrored columns, and a multi-wall mural reminiscent of Toulouse-Lautrec’s artwork that has become the hotel's hallmark. Open for lunch and dinner, this casual restaurant serves Louisiana-style entrées, including gumbo and jambalaya.

This New Orleans hotel has 200 guestrooms, all of which include air conditioning, cable TVs, padded headboards, and signature local art.
