-good deal found online
-neighborhood can be a bit iffy at night
-even the concierge said it looked better during the night than day

We checked in the first night past midnight and were told there was only one room available - a smoking suite. We took it and it didn't smell bad at all. The next night (and the night after) we moved because our friend came to stay with us and she booked a package through Expedia. It was a pleasant place to be for the weekend before Mardi Gras.
