We arrived at about 1am and the place was still vibrant with people, fun and drinks at the bar. Checking in was easy and although the place was fully booked out, we still got a room with great views of the empire state! We went back down for a quick drink and the bar had a great selection on offer and late night snacks for hungry travellers. In the morning we realised just how truly fantastic the place is. Outside of appreciating the funky décor, make the most of the breakfast in the restaurant down stairs and the COFFEE IS TO DIE FOR! The place is really close to all the best things on offer in NYC shopping, eating, sites etc. It is also really close to the subway and taxi's are always parked out the front. Make sure you have some champagne and oysters downstairs in the afternoon. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman, owners of The Spotted Pig, opened their latest Michelin-starred restaurant, The Breslin, inside Ace Hotel New York. The hearty, meat-centric menu emphasizes artisanal products, small growers and farmers, and seasonality. The Breslin menu embraces "nose-to-tail" cuisine methodologies and offers handmade terrines, sausages and charcuterie. Rich, salty, roasted flavours predominate. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
