great size room, excellent view on 33rd floor, central location yet not to noisey, great gym. no breakfast dining option. We had a great stay in the affinia dumont at the start of December, everyone really helpful, hotel was immaculate, huge room (and bed!),small kitchen was really useful for making breakfast in the mornings, we had asked for a room with a view and so were not dissapointed with the room on the 33rd floor - spectacular.within walking distance to all the main attractions, also right next to the subway for further journeys.would definately recomend.
Nightlife Tip : head to the quieter 9th avenue for a good selection of bars and restaurants.

- Central location - spacious rooms - silence - full kitchen in room - The third bed is nonexistent Room 3 I recommend this hotel to New York primarily for its central location. Indeed walk can easily reach the main tourist destinations: Times Square, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, National Headquarters, Grand Central Terminal, NY Public Library, Rockefeller Center, etc ... The only flaw (not much) is that in the room for 3 people was in fact a double bed (huge, in fact we stayed in 3) and a sofa impractical. I do not know whether the intended purpose well (which sleep in 3 in Latvian). However, we shall return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Move on foot, the only way to really see and experience a city.

Home - Comfort-presence of a kitchen Very good hotel apartment formula for the same cost there is a kitchen that can handle jet lag without being subject to schedules. This hotel is very good. and particularly well located for tourists, close to interesting places (WTC, Moma, Time Square, 42nd street, etc.). It is necessary to walk a lot in NY. Expect comfortable shoes. Taxis are not expensive and more convenient than the subway is dirty and unattractive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not miss the shows of Broadway, Time Square at night and 42nd Street.
