not enough communication, little or no heat in the room. We have requested a room for 3 person with a extra Bed. The extra bed and linens were not in the room when we checked in and had to wait over 30 minutes for the extra bed and linens.
The water in the room (toilet, sink, shower) was BROWN. I mean BROWN! We had to run the water for over 20 minutes for it to clean up. We called the front desk to report this and then went sight seeing. We came back around 1am and it had been fixed. The heat in the room was less than desirable. The windows leaked cold air from outside. Again, ended up calling to front desk, and Gentleman told us that room doesn't have a heat controll system, being the heat system is radiant heat. Then he asked "Do you need blankets?" Hello, its late November in NY???
Of course we need blankets!!!! There were no blankets in the room to start with. This is not a 4 stars hotel?? Will not stay there again and do not recommend this hotel!

This hotel by no means should be rated as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are so small that you have hardly any room to turn. At night the noise through the poor door makes it hard to sleep. The facilities are poor. An equivalent hotel elsewhere would be rated as 2 starts at most.

Dirty tiny rooms, we had to turn sideways to pass between the bed and the TV. Dirty, dimly lit, and smelly hallways. Vagrants on the front steps. This is no four star hotel as claimed by Agoda. This dingy hotel is a two star hotel at best. The Ameritaina is the worst hotel I can ever remember staying at here in the US or abroad. Stay away from this one.
The side of the hotel facing Broadway is all boarded up and the entrance steps are used by vagrants. The lobby is okay but the eighth floor where we were was smelly, dark and gave us the creeps. Having no other choice for the evening we reluctantly stayed.
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't stay here.

Close to Time Square to go easy. A walk much. Relatively narrow rooms and old. This hotel location is good near the Time Square walk far and near Central Park subway station. But the disadvantage is a narrow room and quite happening.Check if compared with the price paid for the hotel in Mid Town NYC then considered reasonable. If not what many think. Just shove a Hawnon and storage only.
Travel tip : If not what most would think Canon has ครับ.
