Nice and very spacious 1 bedroom suite.
Very helpful staff.
airconditioning/heating system malfunctioned a few times during our 6 day stay....
We were happy we stayed at the Beekman Tower Hotel and will probably stay there again in the future.

Wonderful location, 2 min walk from UN HQ Buildings, very resonably priced, good hospitality, roof top has wonderful view.
Hotel should maintain the record of outgoing taxis (at least taxi number, guest name, room no.)carrying guests from hotel to airport and other locations in evening hours or dark time. This would ensure safety of the guests.
It is a nice hotel very closely located to UN HQ building. Shopping places are near by. Around 20 mins walk to Midland Square. Hotel has a very nice view from the roof top. Very resonably priced hotel with suites best suited for a family.

Poor room service, shabby, outdated.
Within ten minutes of arrival in my room a mouse ventured out and ran around right in front of me. When I picked up the phone to notify the front desk it did not work, so I had to use the phone in the bedroom. The staff relocated me to a smoking floor when I'd paid for a nonsmoking room. The room service was on time but my order was wrong. All in all the place is definitely not worth the price. It has much more of a hostel flavor than an upscale hotel.

Family with two children in a suite with two bedrooms and kitchen. GOOD SIZE. SAFE AREAS NEAR THE UN
AS A 10-15 minute walk nearest subway. PRICE EXPENSIVE, BUT IN MANHATTAN CENTER all are.
HOTEL LOCATED NEAR THE UN BUILDING WITH FOUR ROOMS WHERE PEOPLE fit perfectly, we traveled with two grown children and smoothly, with full kitchen FURTHER THAT PRICES FOR NEW YORK does not hurt. THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND EASILY THERE ANYONE IN LOBBY TO SPEAK SPANISH. Situated in midtown Manhattan BUT 15 MINUTES WALK FROM THE 5TH AVE.
Travel tip : Recommended hotels for the rooms but you have to pull TAXI OR WALK MUCH.
