Good room, quiet location, and you will get a larger room than others in NY.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A very good night view if you could stay a higher floor.

The only other downside, but not a huge deal, is that there is a gas station below the hotel. It COULD be loud if you're on the lower levels and there is a lot of activity. We were on the second floor and we read reviews saying that it was loud...but it really wasn't at all.
