When I first arrived I called ahead n said I would be early. They said I could check in at 1pm. I got there at 1245 and was told 45 minutes so we waited. At 130 I was told 20 more minutes. At 2pm I was again told 20 more minutes. If they were just honest from the start it would have been much more appreciated. We just left so another reservation and came back hours later. The receptionist was rude and the manager scolded her for something different right in front of us. Then the bathroom had hair in the floor corner. The tub had no plug. The faucet hot and cold was backwards which made for a frustrating first shower. After each room cleaning the tub didn't seem clean and the hair stayed in the corner. Long story short not staying there again.

Worst Hotel Ever!
I didn't like anything about this hotel

My room was outdated, the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock because the doorknob was broken. I had to ask for clean towels, washcloths, etc. The bathroom plumbing was horrible!! When I took a shower the water backed up inside the tub. The refrigerator was broken, freezer didn't freeze or keep items cold.

I can't say that I have three things but the surroundings were quiet for the most part.

If you are looking for comfort, this is not the hotel for you. The bed was rock hard and it was difficult to get a hold of the staff. Other than that I had an okay stay.

very friendly staff, quick check in and check out, quick response from the staff if you need any think.

Hotel has a lot of parking spaces, but do not provide any food. Hotel do not have any cafeteria or restaurant to eat. Also hotel located in isolated area, near George Washington bridge, where no restaurant or diner located in close 3 to 5 miles. Hotel need magor renovation, included all rooms and bathrooms. TV does not work in most room on the second floor as well as coffe maker and refridgider. Hotel do not have elevator, which big minus. Beds in the room does not have BLANKETS, only bedspred and when you requested, it hard to have. Staff wery friendly. I stay every month in this hotel, because I coming to see doctor and price is reasnoble, other vise I preffered better hotel.
