The front & back of house staff greated us with superb service. Our room was extremely spacious and no outdoor noise due to double glazing windows. All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable in tourist days out! Well impressed! Will be back.

The hotel is situated just a short walk away from Times Square and the 5th Avenue. I was first greeted with a bunch of friendly staff who would help you with the door and explain any complications you may have. The lobby was always busy and you wouldn't seem alone in the city. Although the room was a bit too small for an overseas traveler, the bed was comfortable and was fully equipped with a snack bar and a TV. The shower had a good pressure and you were provided with top quality shampoo, conditioner etc. I seemed to have connected to the hotel's wifi for free although they mentioned it was charged. Although the lighting is not quite adequate, the hotel is definitely one I'd chose to stay at again.

we had a great stay at cassa hotel. small hotel with modern rooms and polite staff. we complained about the noise outside our room and the lady at the front desk changed us immediately by giving us an upgrade also. close to all the main attractions and fifth avenus shopping.
Restaurant Tip:
Del Frisco's at Rockefeller center.

Staff was welcoming. My reservation could not be honored, so staff upgraded at no cost two rooms and provided complimentary breakfast. Modern design. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are quiet and kept very clean and neat. Location is great--only a few blocks to Grand Central.

this hotel a is a fantastic location - close to time square, 5th avenue, etc. but as it is located on west 45th street, it is quiet enough that you are not distrubed by the traffic.
the staff were very polite and very helpful, and there are 2 fantatsic out-door locations. the balcony upstairs that allows you to look over w 45th street (we stayed there on st.patrick's day and could see all the "marchers" gathering in teh street, and the ground floor garden/courtyard which is very quiet.
a great hotel, nice decoration, clean and modern. i will stay there again
