Although food can be ordered to deliver, the choices are limited. The hotel has only one shuttle service to nearby mall at 12:30pm, additional shuttle at later time would be desirable.

My colleague and I on abusiness trip transiting JFK used this hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms were both well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was good as was the shuttle both to the airport, and to the neighbouring sister property where we had dinner. Breakfast was a good offer and all in all we had a most satisfactory stay.

I found the hotel very good, convenient to JFK, very restful, reasonably priced for value. I will use the hotel again when I am in NY and will certainly recommend it to my friends and associates.

The hotel has free direct call from Federal circle station of JFK airtrain. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. Hotel room and facilities are ok. Internet wifi connection is good. Breakfast is splendid. I love doing waffle!. This is my hotel of choice in next time I visit NY.
Shopping Tip:
It's better to take the dinner with u from downtown in the night you stay, unless there is delivery food service from outside. No restaurant or any convinient store around the hotel, except a vending machine of some snacks and soft drinks.
