Scary neighborhood right under LOUD commuter train
Close to airport with free shuttle for 4:40 a.m. departure

Although the room looked nice inside, the views from both inside and outside were scary. Rough neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Waited for the shuttle at LGA for over an hour after being told 5-10 minutes twice during that wait. Shuttle to LGA was a much better experience. Interior room design nice, as pictured, but experience as a whole doesn't match.
PS: Your reviews skew to the positive, not allowing for complaints or criticism. So people should not trust the rankings w/o doing outside research themselves.

Good location for airport, friendly staff,surrounding restaurants

It has been a very pleasant stay for me.I did not face any problems during my stay in this hotel.Only little problems are with the lift, which is bit older and very slow in movement.Breakfast items are moderately at a minimum level, which I think could be increased.
