The views were more than disappointing - of the backyard air-conditioning noisy vents and neighbouring buildings. Even though we were on the 41st floor. We changed room to 42, but the view did not improve. Staff were extremely rude - we were checked-in in a two double beds room, which turned out to be big single beds, and our request to be moved to a king size one bed room took three days (not very helpful when you are on a romantic getaway). Reception refused to take our calls and customer service never called back.
Restaurant Tip : nearby Marriot hotel has a great rooftop restaurant that shows you the night 360 degrees view of Manhattan
