Expensive but worth the penny

The stay was great until another guest came in my room at 530am on one of the 6 nights I was there. It startled me so badly that I doubted the security in this hotel. There was a misunderstanding at the reception thus causing the staff to issue a similar hotel room key card to someone else. Something which I didn't expect from such a big organisation.
Putting aside this incident, it was a pleasant stay with clean/comfortable room and on a very good location - on Times Square itself.
