location perfect upper west side, you really are in the heart of the city close enough of the touristic attractions but far enough to enjoy New Yorker`s life
room service was slow and food never cooked to my demand. The room was small with an ongoing fan noise from outside
I enjoyed the lobby with quite trendy furniture,
the bar was nice and comfortable. If weather allows the roof top terrace is a must go.
The personnel was efficient and smiling, I had not to wait when leaving the hotel very early morning

Very friendly staff, excellently decorated rooms.
This is a great hotel, and we look forward to returning to New York so that we can stay here again. The staff was always friendly, and we were very well taken care of. This is an awesome hotel, and we would expect nothing less from a WORLDHOTELS property. Please give this hotel a chance, and you will not be disappointed.
This property is very close to Central Park, and to excellent shopping at Columbus Circle. This location is nice and quiet on the weekends, and was perfect for our stay.

I and my friend Stayed at the Empire in 4 nights, room was good. nice staff and a great roof terrace with pool and sun loungers. we needed some help with changing some baseball tickets and that we got help with the reception. state 200 meters from the central park is very good. will stay here again.
