Nice clean large room. Ditto for bathroom. Great location on the east side near Grand Central Station, restaurants, shopping, and theater district. Service was wonderful. They aim to please. The a/c was a bit noisy and very cold. My stay at the Fitzpatrick was very enjoyable. Located in the middle of everything! Short walks to great restaurants, theater, shopping on Lexington, Madison and 5th avenues, and in proximity to Grand Central Station( trains and subway) Bryant Park and the U.N. The hotel is located on a quiet street (44th between 3rd and Lexington). If you need a place to make your base for a visit to NYC, this is it.
The rooms are clean, good size and well appointed. And, the service is great.
Travel tip : Two great restaurants within two blocks of the hotel: Grand Central Oyster Bar, and The Palm steak house on 45th and 2nd.

Location oppsite to Grand Central Station. Few meters from the Thuersday's Rexington street market. Clean. Bed is very comfortable. Shopping Tip : Do not miss the Thuresday steet market stating early morning on Rexington street.

good location, price was right, bed was soft the room was small and the noise from the hall was sometimes loud we were able to walk to do most of the things we wanted to do, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The price was good for a NYC hotel. The hotel was charming

the bed was incredible. it was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. location was perfect for many attractions. the hotel was absolutely amazing. not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the room was incredible as well. there was a heater in the bathroom! also, there was a canopy over the head of the bed with a light inside it for a romantic setting. great view of the city from our room. i would definitely stay there again. room service was pricey and so was the restaurant at the hotel, but in NY, it was reasonable.

The bed was comfortable and super soft. Bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is nice; the toiletries in the bathroom smelled amazing (nice citrus smell). Hospitable staff. None that I can think of! I would definitely stay here again! We arrived late (3am) and the staff was extremely nice and accomodating. The bed was extremely soft and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (not small at all!). The bathroom was also very spacious. Great location! Very close to the heart of Manhattan. It was very cozy and a perfect hotel to stay in.

I emailed before our stay to advise them that it was a special birthday trip but they didn't do anything above the norm for us. I asked for a room with a good view and we ended up looking into 4 walls facing someone at work at a computer. But what else do you expect in NY, as we were not overlooking the street we could not hear a peep throughout the night. Overall I would stay here again above all the thousands of hotels in NY.
Restaurant Tip : Vietnameese restaurant on 44th street just up the road away from Grand Central. Excellent food, service and not expensive.

A great location, good price / performance ratio, small oloinen homely, friendly and helpful staff. Not be mentioned shortcomings. A cozy little hotel near the heart of Manhattan's Grand Central Station, Chrysler Building and other attractions, many within walking distance. The metro station is close by. Irkku building has a pub and the old-time barber. The room was quite small, but comfortable and clean. Similarly, traffic or the sounds do not disturb the neighbors sleep. Bought online for the price was affordable. I recommend this reasonably priced hotel for everyone.
