Couples United States of America, September 03, 2012	Will never go back cheap especially if one has not done the hotel research 2 It was a 2 hour train ride to Manhattan not very convenient, far from the subway, was not safe at all. There were no good places to eat around. I did not have a safe feeling to walk a night so I ended up staying in Manhattan till 5 am and catch the ride to sleep the whole morning just to be on the safe side. The room was dirty and the AC was not working. The room was not cleaned for one day and when I asked for some supplies the staff was hesitant to give soap and shampoo. My reservation was missing and the receptionist blamed it on Agoda. But he was nice enough to be persistent to contact your company because I was already getting irate after spending the whole morning and part of the afternoon traveling from Houston to New York and finding my way to the hotel. There were no cabs available. Never again - I promised myself to research the hotel prior to booking a cheap one. Id rather pay for safety and convenience.
