everyone was very kind, staff at the reception was very helpfull, our room was very big with a very nice flair
bathroom was a bit too small, we had a room facing the inside of the hotel (there was less light, ... ), allthough air-condition was off, i always had the impression that it was getting colder and colder,
Fantastic location next to Grand Central station, walking distance to Times Square and the theater district, easy to get a cab or take the subway. Storage of bags is $2 after checkout, which is convenient when your train home leaves from Grand Central. The room was large for NYC, clean, queen bed comfortable and the elevators were fast. Iron and ironing board new. safe. clockradio with CD player. TV. Wireless internet access is $10 a day through T-mobile. My wife and I never ate or drank in the hotel restaurants so I have no opinion . Room service is available. Starbucks around the corner. Grand Central has a gourmet grocery store next door . Booked through Agoda. I would stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : best place to eat: little italy (go there by cab)
